Chang. We have six pool villas in Pattaya and four pool villas

How the Investment works:
• 6% guaranteed return on the purchase of a pool villa at either location
• Contracted for three years with the option to extend to 5 years
• The return is paid in advance every quarter from the day of handover
• The return is based on the purchase value of the pool villa
• Buyers are required to purchase the developers’ rental-ready furniture package
• The developer covers all expenses, including property maintenance, pool and garden maintenance, general repairs, village maintenance, electricity, water and internet, etc.
• The investor will get 14 days per year free stay that can be used throughout the year at either location, Koh Chang or Pattaya, irrelevant to where they invested**
